About Me

I am a father, Husband, and Disabled Army Veteran. My passion for cooking started at a young age when I would watch my grandmother and mother cook in the kitchen. I attended a vocational high school in Massachusetts and was part of the Culinary Arts Program. Years later, I find myself still loving everything about food and the experience of creating things for a practical life and very picky kids. I love BBQ, Italian food, Asian fusion food, and everything in between.
